Training
Puricon provides customized training on QA/QC issues related to high-purity piping fabrication, installation and testing, for clients, or for their contractors' personnel. Our training programs cover high-purity materials and inspection, orbital welding, thermo-plastic fusion and bonding, UHP gas and UPW delivery installation procedures, system testing fundamentals, troubleshooting, and more. ![]() Borescope Inspection
Validated systems can be visually inspected internally to verify weld quality. The inspection can be recorded for turnover to the customers.
Slope Verification
Puricon's Inspectors can verify that each portion of a process system runs to a proper drain at the project-specified pitch for proper drainability. We will also verify that the completed process systems contain no Dead-Legs which can contribute to bacterial contamination.
FDA Validation Assistance
Puricon's objective is to minimize the time and effort required to obtain FDA Validation. We accomplish this by offering assistance to the Owners Validation Group or Validation Contractor with document control, additional inspections and installation monitoring. We offer this assistance for Mechanical and Process Systems, HVAC, Cleanroom Construction and Electrical Systems.
