Our turnover package typically includes the following documents: Field Operation Reporting & Management System
Puricon utilizes the FORMS (Field Operation Reporting & Management System) database to allow real-time tracking of installation and testing progress and to insure that all deficiency noted in the field are tracked until resolution. The FORMS database contains all project QA/QC documents including inspection reports, nonconformance report, deficiency lists as well as a record of contractor equipment and total man-hours onsite. A daily report is generated which gives a snapshot system status on the systems that are approaching their scheduled due date. The report also details all outstanding deficiency list and nonconformance items. A weekly report is generated which summarizes the activities of the Puricon site personnel and can later serve as a record of all QA/Construction correspondence between the Puricon representatives and the contractor. Puricon can also install the FORMS database on the customer’s project office network in order to enable customers to access information at their convenience.
