In addition, Puricon can assist, review, and evaluate weld, bond, or braze procedure specifications and procedure qualification reports, ensuring they meet applicable codes, as defined in your project specifications.

System Inspections

Our certified inspectors ensure consistency and quality as they evaluate your daily weld coupons and production welds against specific acceptance criteria. Puricon provides customer representation during fabrication and installation of process piping systems, verifying fabrication, design, protocol, contractor testing, procedures, and specification conformance.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control Services

Basic Quality Assurance / Quality Control Services can vary greatly from project to project but will generally include Specification or Standard Operating Procedure Review, Welding/Welder Qualification, Material Inspection, Purge Gas Verification, Protocol Monitoring, Weld Coupon and Weld Inspections, Test Witnessing, Documentation Review and System Walk-downs. We can either provide 100% coverage or reduced inspections based on statistical analysis to meet each projects unique requirement.
